About Me
Zia is a clinical psychologist who has been working in private practice, hospital and organisational settings for over twenty five years.
She focuses on developing a therapeutic relationship with clients by providing a compassionate, supportive and non-judgmental environment, with a strong commitment to effective treatment and positive outcomes.
Focused, evidence-based approaches are used including Insight-Oriented Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy — allowing for personalised therapy tailored to each individual's particular needs.
Services are eligible for Medicare and private health fund rebates.

Appointments & Fees
Individuals
$270
Per 50-minute consultation. Eligible for Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session with a valid Mental Health Care Plan.
Couples
$290
Per 50-minute consultation. Private health fund rebates may apply depending on your health plan.
The Australian Psychological Society recommended fee for psychological treatment in 2025 is $318 per hour.
You are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate of $145 per session for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year, when referred under a Mental Health Care Plan by your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician.
